From the delectable breakfast buffet and evening gourmet offerings at La Galeria to the casual international flair of El Quixote’s menu and the daily catches served at our new sushi bar, all selections are prepared by our acclaimed chefs using only the freshest local ingredients.
To enjoy a romantic candle-lit dinner or intimate group gathering, you might choose our atmospheric La Reina private dining room where a personal server will present your preferences from any of our menus.
And for a quick drink or respite from the day’s activities, take a seat at Bar Don Juan where the soothing strains of piano music will lull you into further relaxation. Or head to Sancho Panza Bar for a game of pool and where comfortable seating invites you to enjoy sporting events on our Big Screen.
Private catering is also available for meetings, parties or events.
And of course, room service is on call for those times you can’t or don’t want to make it out. Too busy communing with nature or soaking in the awesome views (or in your private Jacuzzi)? Not a problem. From 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. the items in your room service menu will be promptly delivered to your door. Please note, however, that the breakfast buffet is not available through room service.
ABOUT OUR EXECUTIVE CHEF
Edgar Vargas, our resident culinary genius and the mastermind behind our unique and ever-changing menu offerings, is an El Salvador native who grew up in Toronto, Canada where his passion for gastronomy was born and nurtured.
Trained under the aegis of famed Wolfgang Gunther at a string of Four Seasons Hotels around the world, Mr. Vargas spent five years as a sous chef in Japan, later signing on as executive sous chef at the Melia Conchal Hotel in Costa Rica before opening his own popular dining spot in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. Returning to Canada, our “top chef” continued to hone his distinguishing skills at several exclusive restaurants in Toronto as well as at his own highly-touted bistro in that same city.
Mr. Vargas joined the Parador family as Executive Chef in 2009 and continues to inspire and awe us with his creative culinary talent and distinctively delicious food.
