Sushi Fune

Savor delectable sushi fashioned from the area’s daily catches and other mouth-watering Japanese specialties at Sushi Fune, the newest addition to our stable of fine restaurants. Our unique menu offering traditional and designer hand rolls, sushi and sashimi features only the freshest seafood from our Pacific waters augmented with only the freshest, organically grown vegetables. Choose from such delectables as Spicy Lobster and Dorado Rolls, Red Snapper and Tuna Tataki sashimi, or Wakame and Dynamite salads. And of course, you might prepare for the sushi onslaught with such palate-pleasing standards as edamame and miso soup. Vegetarian sushi also available.

Sushi Fume is located on the outdoor tier below La Galeria, with open-air seating offering unobstructed views of the Pacific seascape.

*Please note that the sushi bar is closed during rainy season, but the menu offerings are served at any one of our other fabulous restaurants.
