How to Spa? 

When should I arrive for my Spa appointment?

For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest you arrive at least 20 minutes before your Spa service so you can enjoy the spa facilities. We recommend you shower prior to any spa treatment.

What should I wear?

Casual clothing and minimal jewellery is recommended. Our facilities are co-ed, and bathing suits must be worn in the Spa facilities, however, the body treatments are most enjoyed without clothing and you will be draped throughout your service to ensure your privacy and comfort are maintained. Private lockers and robes are available.

What if I have special health concerns?

If you have any physical ailments, disabilities or allergies that require special attention, please notify your therapist. It is also advisable to avoid direct sunlight for a least several hours after Spa services.

How should I tip?

Gratuities of 10% - 15% are customary, but they are also a matter of personal discretion and should reflect your total satisfaction. You may choose to leave a gratuity with your therapist or charge it to your bill.

What if I need to cancel or arrive late to my appointment?

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged 50%. Arriving late will reduce the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and pleasure. The complete value of your treatment will be applied.
