AIRPORT CHECK IN

• Check in is 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights. This rule applies to Pavas and Liberia Airports.

• Check in is 90 minutes prior to scheduled departure for international flights.

• Domestic flights are closed 20 minutes before departure, International 30 minutes befor departure. To all passengers not timely checked in, will not be boarded on the aircraft.

• Nature Air is located in Pavas Airport, 4 miles from the downtown and 9 miles from Juan Santamaria Intl Airport.

• Airstrip out of San Jose Pavas you should be 30 minutes before departure time.

• Photo ID must be presented at all airport to verify authenticity of passenger and reservations.

BAGGAGE POLICY

• One free allowance luggage is permited up to 30lbs. per passenger this includes your Carry-On. Passenger have to distribute the weight between bags. No Carry-On should be more than 10lbs.

• Bags most be identified with name, address, phone number and Email.

• Bags may not exceeded 64 square inches of diameter. Bags that exceed the diameter and/or weight will be subject to space and weight availability, and will be sent in next weight and space available flight.

• Personal items have to always be in custody of passenger. Cameras, cell phones, Ipod, cash etc.

• Nature Air is not responsible of left over personal objects in aircraft cabin after leaving the aircraft terminal.

EXCESS BAG POLICY

• Excess luggage will be charged at $1.00usd per pound.

• The extra luggage is subject to space and until next weight and space available flight.

• Surfboards, Golf, Fish Equipment and bicycles are subject to space availability at airport at the time of check in, charges or fee for this articles is $25.00usd per flight.

• Nature air is not responsible for connecting sports equipments to international flight with other airlines. Passenger have to pay any additional transportation for this articles.

• Free storage is available at Pavas Airport in San Jose only.

• Pets travel. Only Cats and Dogs in special containers. Charge is $15 for carry on bag with less than 10 lbs pets. Dog container more than 15pounds up to 30pounds $25. Dog container more than 30pounds up to 45pounds $40. Dog container more than 45pounds up to 60pounds $60.

NON REFUNDABLE POLICY

• Tickets are non-refundable.

• Nature Air will allow open tickets up to one year. Open tickets have additional fee and will be subject to fare change.

CHANGE OF DATE AND FLIGHT POLICY

• Changes in reservations are subject to a change fee commensurate with the policies of fare class purchased.

• Changes fee are based per person in reservation. This changes apply at any time or day requests by passenger please notice next rule below.

• Changes prior to 12 hours are apply at airport only. Check with reservations at 506 299 6000 to be informed of space and flight availability.

CHILDREN FARES AND RESTRICTION

• Infants under 0-24 months sitting in parent´s lap travel free. When twins or 2 infants under 2 years of age are flying with one adult, one infant will fly free and the other one pays 75%of the fare and must bring authorized car seat to be seated in aircraft seat.

• Children 2-11 pay 75% of the fare, children 12 and over pay as an adult, children flying alone only if there are over 6 years of age and up. Between 2 and 5, 11 month are not permited but only with and adult or 15 year old teen companion.

SPECIAL SERVICE

• All Costa Rican passenger flying international need 6 month valid passport to leave the country and Visa to Granada, Nicaragua. Bocas del Toro in Panama only valid passport with a minimum of 6 month.

• Wheel Chair are available only in Pavas Airport. Electrical Wheel Chairs are not permitted to travel in Nature Air.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• All Fares are subject to taxes, aiport services fees and fuel surcharges.

• Please reconfirm your reservation 24 hours before departure time.

• For all passengers flying in and out of Tamarindo, Nature Air has collected from your ticket purchace the Airpot fee of $1.60usd per Leg.

• Passengers who are more than 250lbs of physical weight are required to pay 2 airfare seat rates. This is due to, aircraft and seat weight capacity, and flight comfort, this over charge will be done at airport on day of departure. 20% discount will apply if confirm thru reservation before date of departure.
