My boyfriend and I spent the past week at Parador, and I wanted to thank your entire staff for a truly magical and memorable stay at Parador! We had the most incredible vacation, and the Parador is an absolutely top notch operation in every aspect. Your staff is beyond wonderful- we absolutely adore and appreciated Giovanni (worked the Suites bar and happy hour in main bar), Gema (restaurant hostess), William (incredible tours director!) and so many others. The high quality of your property, staff, dining, spa, housekeeping, etc. is so very appreciated and added so much to our experience.

We stayed in the Suites and were so in love with our room and view!! You run a wonderful hotel, and we cannot wait to come back (hopefully very soon!).

Everyone was very friendly and the accommodations were beautiful.

While the whole staff was wonderful, I must say that our waiter/roomserver, was the best. He really cared about us having a good time.

Hello dear friends, we spent 14 days in your hotel in June 2009. Our stay was very pleasant and the service was great all the time. That includes the whole staff, especially the very kind waitresses and waitors in the restaurant with excellent meals. We had a lovely time at the hotel. We will be returning in November with a group of friends from the States. We stayed at the Parador about 8 years ago and we liked it, and we love the new rooms with the spectacular views. The restaurant (Galeria) is very nice, we always get good service there.

Great place to relax and enjoy. Loved the swimming pools with a view; nature trail on the property provided excellent birding opportunities. Short walk to an uncrowded beach. Free shuttle to Manuel Antonio also a plus. Hotel is at end of peninsula and a bit isolated so not an easy walk to other places, but good restaurant and friendly staff make it easy to hang out. Mr. Duran: I am sorry that I did not get to thank you in person for the wonderful upgrade to the Presidential Suite at the Hotel Parador. It was absolutely beautiful and my family loved it also. We were able to enjoy each others company much more by all five of us being in the same shared room. We ordered a late night dinner from room service and enjoyed a meal around the dining table.

I just want to let you know what a wonderful stay we had at your hotel. It was wonderful in all ways..thank you again

Your Hotel is beautiful and it was the best part of our trip.
Again, thank you so much for making our anniversary vacation to Costa Rica even more pleasant with the surprise upgrade to the Presidential Suite. The staff at the Hotel Parador is very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We will certainly recommend Hotel Parador to our friends and we will return sometime in the near future to spend more time relaxing and enjoying the sights and sounds of Costa Rica and the hospitality of Hotel Parador.

Our stay at the Parador was exceptional. The staff was so helpful and genuinely friendly - very nice!
Food was excellent, rooms were very comfortable . The spa staff was outstanding - when they rescheduled us - they were willing to stay later - it was a little too late because we had dinner plans - but they were very accomodating - and we had wonderful massages - again great staff!

We would like to thank you for the wonderful time we had at the most beautiful hotel we ever stayed!

The people are all very kind and helpful. The pools are very nice and the view is stunning. We can really recommend all the delicious food and especially the barbeque buffet with lobster, shrimp, tuna, beef, chicken and so on. Those holiday days were the relaxed ones in a long time!
