Manuel Antonio National Park

A visit to the famous Manuel Antonio National Park is an absolute MUST: this is the most celebrated natural zone in Costa Rica and the area’s main tourist attraction. Here the dense jungle is bordered by white sand beaches, and is home to a vast array of wildlife including white-face, howler and titi monkeys, sloths and giant iguanas, and a brilliant collection of toucans, parrots and mot mots.

There are nature paths to follow and the guided hike is non-strenuous and appropriate for all ages. Once you’ve completed your tour, treat yourself to an afternoon on the beautiful beach.
