I just got back to the office after a wedding this past weekend. It
reminded me about the difference in service provided by various
hotels in Costa Rica. In my opinion the Parador ranks as one of the
top hotels to have a wedding.
The Frederick-Stone Wedding was superb. You really went out of your
way to make me (as a representative of Weddings Costa Rica) feel
welcomed and supported. We worked together as a team and you made
my job easier. Your staff is the best. The waiters and bartenders
anticipated everyone's needs, smiled and was first rate in offering
their services. The food was great. That surprised me because the
food is never great or good at a wedding. There are only a handful
of hotels that I can boast about the food and presentation.
This was my first wedding at Parador and now that I know the level
of professionalism provided by yourself and the staff I am looking
forward to working with you again. After this experience it makes
it easy for me to recommend the hotel.

Thank
you for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. Guest Service
Manager Sylvia Hernandez took care of every wedding detail as if she
had been planning a family member’s wedding. She promptly
answered all our questions, took the initiative to make suggestions
and personally oversaw the entire event. Most importantly, she
accomplished all of these things with a friendly smile and disposition
that put us at ease and allowed us to focus on each other and our
wedding vows. We will most certainly tell all our friends and
family about the special time we shared at your hotel and the
excellent care afforded us by Ms. Hernandez and your entire staff.

Our
wedding in Parador was really perfect! We arranged everything here in
holland by mail. The contact by mail was very clear and good. The
respons was quick. When we arrived in Parador we talked with you about
all the plans we made. Everything was clear and very good arranged.
You even had new ideas, like flower leaves and torches! So when our
wedding day was there, it was really perfect and relaxed. Before
making the pictures and ceremony, we went to the spa for a relaxing
massage! Perfect! After that we were getting ready for the
photographer and ceremony. The photographer was enthusiastic and ask
us if we had wishes for what kind off photo's we would like to have.
Everyone was on time! when we had made picture at the hotel, there was
a car ready (with chauffeur) to drive us to the beach.... More picture
were made. Than the lawyer and the witnesses came. You and Linda were
our witnesses! That was really fun! The ceremony took 30 minutes max.
And after it more pictures where made.... After that, the chauffeur
picked us and went back to the hotel for a great private diner.....!
We
had a perfect wedding day! Thank you for making part of it!

My
family and friends wanted to thank the Parador Hotel for hosting our
wedding in Manuel Antonio on February 18th 2006. Never in our
lives could we have imagined a more perfect setting or a more perfect
event. To this day, everyone is still talking about how
incredible our wedding was. From Silvia Hernandez’s
extraordinary coordination and service to the wonderful assistance of
her amazing team, our family and friends could not have imagined such
an amazing wedding. Even the guests who were watching around the
pool came up to us and told us how beautiful our wedding was. We
have dealt with many hotels in the Manuel Antonio area, but without a
doubt, the Parador Hotel offers superior top quality customer service
with a personal touch of class. Everyone at the Hotel went above
and beyond the call of duty to make us feel right at home. This
day will always be cherished by us for years to come.
